Gamma-resonance investigation of iron-containing polyacrylic acid

1989
The question of the nature of the chemical bonding and the state of the iron atoms in Fe-PAA seemed interesting. One of the most informative methods which can be used to study the structure and properties of iron-containing organic compounds is gamma-resonance (Mossbauer) spectroscopy [4]. This method was recently used to study the structure of the complexes of iron formed during ion exchange in cross-linked PAA [5].
