Earth Science in the New Era and Creative Talents Training of Earth Science

Since the end of 20th century,the new concept of geological thinking and cognitive methodology represented by the earth system,the new technology of earth science represented by the digital earth rapidly changed the connotation and denotation of earth scientific,and put forward new requirements to talent's knowledge structure and ability. At the same time,the stage of earth science research as a great science research become broaden. Geological education has entered a new stage of development.
