A comparative analysis of existing information systems to carry out environmental monitoring in the construction industry. The characteristics of each of the systems examined. The paper proposes new methods of analytical data processing and computer prediction in the environmental monitoring of the area of construction of building. Use of the system will solve the problem entirely new environmental prediction mass housing areas based on environmental measurements of emissions, to simulate the state of the ecological environment of the area after the construction process.
