Method and system for implementing media operation of multimedia meetings

The invention relates to a realization method of the media operation of a multi-media conference and a system thereof, wherein, the method comprises the steps that: a network side receives media use request message sent by the terminal of conference members; the network side sends the media use request message to a host terminal which then sends response message to the network side; after receiving the response message, the network side judges whether the media use request obtains the permission of the host terminal or not according to the response message; if the answer is yes, media channel parameters corresponding to the media of the media use request message are set, and the media channel is opened. The method of the invention realizes operation to the media such as audio, video and data cooperation in the multi-media conference. The system of the invention comprises a media control module and a media resource serving module, which provides a supporting system for the method of the invention and can implement the method of the media operation of the multi-media conference of the invention.
