The invention provides a gray code based cam structure and a driver controller. The cam structure comprises four layers of cam and is characterized in that central through holes of the four layers of cam are coaxial, the outer rim of each layer of cam comprises at least one bulge which is used for pushing a contact of a high-speed speed so as to enable the high-speed switch to be switched on, and the bulges of the first layer of cam are located at arcs corresponding to parts, which are from 22.5 degrees to 67.5 degrees, from 112.5 degrees to 157.5 degrees, from 202.5 degrees to 247.5 degrees, and from 292.5 degrees to 337.5 degrees, of the outer rim; the bulges of the second layer of cam are located at arcs corresponding to parts, which are from 45 degrees to 135 degrees, and from 225 degrees to 315 degrees, of the outer rim; the bulge of the third layer of cam is located at an arc corresponding to a part, which is from 90 degrees to 270 degrees, of the outer rim; the bulge of the fourth layer of cam is located at an arc corresponding to a part, which is from 180 degrees to 360 degrees, of the outer rim; and 0 degree references of the four layers of cam are the same. According to the cam structure and the driver controller provided by the invention, the abrasion of the switch and the cam structure can be reduced effectively, and driving is ensured to be stable and safe.
