The Sylvian Microsurgical Treatment of Hypertensive Intracerebral Hemorrhage
2013
Objective: To be implemented by the lateral fissure approach microsurgical treatment for hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage,so as to improve the clinical efficacy and quality of life.Method: 108 cases of microsurgical methods to be by the side of the split with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were selected as a test group for comparative study,at the same time selected 105 cases to be small bone window craniotomy hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage(control group);effect of two surgical methods of treatment, the incidence of complications and quality of life in patients with be observed and the processing and analysis of the statistical data.Result: The recovery of the test group was 107 cases, accounting for 99.07%,in 1 case of severe disability, accounting for 0.93%;recovery of the control group,68 cases, accounting for 64.76%,severe disability in 33 cases, accounting for 31.43%;recovery rate, severe disabilityrate, respectively, compared with P0.05;experimental group patients with complications of 3.70% in the control group to 16.19%,both compared with P0.05;patient survival test group quality score better than the control group,P0.05.Conclusion: The lateral fissure approach given the microscopic surgical treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage effect is significant, safe and reliable,it is an effective surgical methods.
