The nozzle body comprises a front end cover provided with a front cavity and a rear end cover provided with a rear cavity, wherein the front cavity and the rear cavity are communicated with each other to form an inner water flow cavity, and the size of the rear cavity is larger than that of the front cavity. The end of the front cavity is provided with a spout and a target plate located over the spout. The target plate provides resistance to atomize water flow sprayed out of the spout into fine water drops. The nozzle fully converts the dynamic pressure of water flow into static pressure and then sprays out the water flow, so that the water spraying pressure is large, and the atomization effect is good; the nozzle is provided with a single-side connecting rod, the cross section of the connecting rod is a wing-shaped cross section with a sharp head and a sharp tail, water mist flows without separation and attaches to the connecting rod when making contact with the connecting rod, and meanwhile the connecting rod is of a circular arc shape, so that stress distribution of the connecting rod is uniform, and the pressure bearing capability is high.
