From 1794 titles identified, 121 articles werereviewed. We identified 10 prospective, interventional,community-acquired pneumonia–specific studies thatevaluated length of stay (LOS). Nine studies applied anearlyswitchfromparenteraltooralantibioticcriteria.Sixdifferentcriteriaforswitchingwereappliedinthe9stud-ies.
