The landscape within : an inquiry on the structure of morality

1994
The search for the source of our moralities is one of the oldest problems in philosophy. Recent discoveries in sociobiology, neurochemistry, anthropology and the cognitive sciences require a multi-disciplinary approach to this search. Drawing from these disciplines, guided by philosophy, a structure for our moralities is proposed. The meaning for our more difficult moral problems is discussed.
