Health of a Region — Example: Ontario, Canada

Canada is a nation of approximately 25 million people settled in ten provinces and two territories. The provinces range in population from just over 100,000 in Prince Edward Island to approximately eight million in Ontario. Three levels of government exist with a fourth emerging. These include the federal, the provincial, the emerging regional level and the municipal governments.
