Research and implementation of science and technology indicators system

This article features the work of the Shanghai Science and Technology Statistics and needs,in reference to the science and technology statistical indicators of existing information systems proposes a science and technology indicator system of Shanghai,based on which a practical application software is designed and implemented of that to enhance the effectiveness of science and technology statistical information utilization and improve the efficiency of research personnel's scientific statistics.
