The method comprises the steps that the mobile phone receives the two-dimensional code sent by a server end, wherein the two-dimensional code comprises credit card account number information, identity card information and a secret key; the mobile phone displays the two-dimensional code; a card swiping end conducts scanning and analyzing on the two-dimensional code; the analyzed secret key is sent to the server end for matching; if matching fails, the card swiping end receives an unlocking failure instruction and settlement is stopped; if matching succeeds, the card swiping end receives an unlocking instruction, the two-dimensional code is analyzed continuously, a user is informed of inputting passwords and the passwords are sent to the server end for verification; when verification succeeds, the card swiping end receives a verification success instruction and settlement is completed; when verification fails, the card swiping end receives a verification failure instruction and settlement is stopped. According to the method and system, the two-dimensional code, containing the information like the credit card account number, on the mobile phone is used for replacing a credit card for conducting payment, the problem of unauthorized credit card swiping is avoided, and meanwhile, the use safety of the two-dimensional code is guaranteed through the combination of various verification measures.
