Mechanism of Solubilizing Insoluble Phosphate of Salt Relieving Bacteria Rs-5 and Rs-198

HPLC method was used to analyse the production of organic acids secreted by strains Rs-5 and Rs-198,and the mechanism of dissolving insoluble phosphate was studied.Results showed that strain Rs-5 can secret five kinds of organic acids,which were citric,gluconic,malic,acetic and propionic acids,the highest contents of which reached to 27.41,0.33,1.08,10.75 and 2.01mmol·L-1,while strain Rs-198 can secret six kinds of organic acids,which were citric,gluconic,malic,lactic,acetic and propionic acids,.the highest contents of which reached 50.95,1.02,1.38,1.11,14.56 and 7.21mmol·L-1.The period when the kinds of organic acids apears most and highest contents of organic acids happened to the first three days.Citric and acetic acids were at higher level,so this two kinds of organic acids might play the most important role in desolving insoluble phosphate.
