Design of Temperature and Humidity Control System of Phased Array Radar Based on PID Algorithm

As the contemporary military environment becomes more and more complex and changeable, phased array radar is frequently used in extreme environments such as temperature and humidity, which is extremely easy to cause the failure of its internal electronic components, thus affecting the stable operation of radar. Therefore, it is necessary to control the corresponding temperature and humidity environment to ensure the stable operation of radar. Based on the PID algorithm, this paper takes the adaptability requirement of the phased-controlled radar to the temperature and humidity environment as the research object, designs and tests its temperature and humidity environment control system. The results show that the system can respond quickly in a given test environment, has a high level of environmental adaptability and reliability, and meets the design objectives and practical requirements.
