Size distribution of luteal cells from pregnant and non-pregnant marmoset monkeys and a comparison of the morphology of marmoset luteal cells with those from the human corpus luteum

The aims of the present sudy were to determine the cell size distibution and ultrastruture of marmoset luteal cells, to establish whether any changes in cell composition occur during the cycle or in early pregnancy and to compare the structure of the marmoset corpus luteum with that of the human.
