Thermal conductive high polymer material applied to pipes and preparation method thereof

The invention relates to a thermal conductive high polymer material applied to pipes and a preparation method thereof. The material is prepared by the following steps of: preparing a crosslinkable precursor; and crosslinking the crosslinkable precursor, wherein the crosslinkable precursor comprises the following components in part by weight: 5 to 40 parts of polyethylene, 60 to 90 parts of modified thermal conductive filler, 0 to 5 parts of impact modifier, 0.1 to 0.5 part of antioxygen and 0.1 to 1 part of lubricating agent. Compared with the prior art, the preparation method for the thermal conductive high polymer material has the advantage of preparing the thermal conductive high polymer material with good thermal conductivity and high mechanical strength.
