This invention relates to a FAMILY WITH CHIMERIC ANTIBODY high affinities TO A HIGH MOLECULAR WEIGHT, Antigens GLYCOPROTEINS SIALILATADOS ASSOCIATED WITH TUMOR (TAG72) of human origin. These antibodies have (1) VH and VL sequences ANIMALS high affinity TAG-72 MEDIAN THE TYING AND (2) CH and CL regions HUMANAS. THEY ARE DESIGNED TO PRODUCE SMALLER SIDE EFFECTS significantly WHEN A human patients administered under its FIELDS OF ANTIBODY CDH AND HUMAN CL. DISCOVERED THE STRINGS ARE amino acids and nucleotide STREAMS idiotype VHATAGVH, CC46VH, CC49H, CC83VH, Y CC92VH, Y CC49L, CC83VL, and CC92VL, as methods LIVE diagnosis and treatment using such chimeric antibodies.
