Gestión del conocimiento en el Sistema de Innovación Agropecuaria Local / Knowledge Management in the Local Agricultural Innovation System

El trabajo muestra como transcurre la gestion del conocimiento (GC) en el Sistema de Innovacion Agropecuaria Local, lo cual constituye un instrumento de trabajo para los gobiernos locales. Se realiza un abordaje teorico de la categoria GC, su llegada a Cuba y las particularidades de su aplicacion. Expone los conceptos fundamentales para entender las relaciones entre gestion del conocimiento e innovacion para el desarrollo agropecuario local y presenta los resultados de la gestion del conocimiento en el SIAL. Los resultados muestran aportes de la GC al desarrollo agroalimentario y local, asi como el aumento del bienestar de los agroproductores/as y una fuerte motivacion en ninos, ninas, jovenes, hombres y mujeres hacia la IAL. The article shows how knowledge management (KM) takes place in the Local Agricultural Innovation System, which is a working instrument for local governments. A theoretical approach is made to the KM category, its arrival in Cuba and the particularities of its application. It exposes the fundamental concepts to understand the relationships between knowledge management and innovation for local agricultural development and presents the results of knowledge management in the SIAL. The results show contributions of the KM to agri-food and local development, as well as the increase of the well-being of the agro-producers and a strong motivation in children, young people, men and women towards the IAL.
