An Empirical Study of Local Governments Relying on Science and Technology to Address Climate Change——Taking Anhui province as an example

Taking Anhui province as an example,analyzed the regional strategy of relying on science and technology to address climate change,including the establishment of science and technology management system,making programs for science and technology development,strengthening the scientific and technological research,organizing science popularization activities,etc.,and put forward some proposals for local governments to rely on science and technology to respond to climate change.
