THE MODEL OF UNIVERSITY TEACHERS AND STUDENTS’ COOPERATION AND INTERACTION

The purpose of the work is to examine the basic definitions such as a cooperation, an interaction, a pedagogical interaction, a cooperation in training and education, a dialogue, a communication, a dialogue communication, etc. associated with teachers and students’ cooperation and interaction in higher education, to give their analysis and characterization, to reveal the importance of various functions of communication, interactive types for forming a competitively developed personality of a modern specialist. Cooperation in the University has a significant impact on the specialization of different participants’ abilities. With successful cooperation, everyone trusts each other, relies on each other in the implementation of joint activities, when both partners actively help each other, actively contribute to the achievement of individual and common goals. The article discusses the main innovative conceptual ideas of university teachers and students’ cooperation and interaction. For achieving the goals and objectives of the university education the quality and characteristics of a modern qualified University graduate are given. The main stages of organizing practical cooperation in a University are presented in the article. During the research the organizational and pedagogical conditions that contribute to the organization of effective cooperation at a University are identified. The model of university teachers and students’ cooperation and interaction is presented.
