Elastic filament production method

The invention provides an elastic filament production method. According to the production method, through unwinding processing, twisting and drawing, a protofilament is deformed, and by use of primary heating and heating shaping, internal stress generated inside the protofilament is removed, so that the finally obtained filament is excellent in elasticity and fineness. Experiment results prove that the fineness of the filament produced by the invention is 24-28 dtex/72f, the tension of the filament is 18-25 cN, and the quantity of holes is 20-100. In addition, the filament is excellent in strength and breaking elongation property; results of embodiments of the invention show that the produced filament is 3.2-4.2 cN/tex in strength and 10-25% in elongation at break.
