1P-608 : Nanoparticle Based on SERS Based on Au-Ag Alloy with High Sensitivity

2019
Surface-enhanced Raman scanning (SERS)probes based on SiO2@ Au@Ag nanoparticles (NPs) using the Ag Growth into Au NP Seeds method has a high sensitivity. The composite nanoparticle were designed by AgNO3 and adding The polyvinylpyrrolidon(PVP) for synthsis. adjusting AgNO3 concentration modify the growth of the Ag shell on the surface of the Au NP seeds and format narrow gaps between two Ag NPs on the surface of the probes for SERS activities of nanoparticles. Strong Raman signals originating was shown from a highly enhanced E-field at the gaps by The NPs. we measured low limit of detection (LOD) value of 2.4 nM for ATP as The SiO2@Au@Ag NPs that they are highly sensitive probes. thus we can obtain reproducible Raman signals of the SiO2@Au@Ag NPs toward ATP in batch-to-batch experiments which is very promising for potential use in on-site detection.
