A Measuring Method for the Radial Rotational Error of the Gas Spindle

This paper introduces the basic principle of the two sensors circumgyrating method, which is used to measure the radial rotation accuracy of the gas spindle. This method can separate the rotation error from the standard ball roundness exactly. Installing eccentricity can be removed by removing the first concordant wave. And the measuring system of the rotation error is designed. Experiment proved that the system can meet the measuring requirement.
