Simulating the Processes of Engineering Payments Establishment During the Engineering Projects Implementation at Enterprises

2021
The key methods for establishing the enterprises outcome from engineering projects implementation, which are the most widespread ones within the international engineering activities, have been determined and characterized. The main types of costs that business entity may incur in relation to the engineering project realization have been highlighted. There has been improved a method for determining maximum and minimum limits of the industrial enterprise income from engineering projects realization. A method for establishing the structure of engineering payments of industrial enterprises at the period of engineering services delivery has been developed. It was generally accepted that these entities could provide decision-making regarding such a structure under three potential conditions: uncertainty, certainty and risk. Based on examining the most common concepts of managerial decision-making at risk (as it is under those circumstances that managers of industrial enterprises make decisions on engineering services cost), it was proposed to use the game theory instruments for establishing the structure of engineering payments during the engineering services delivery. The main stages of the game theory use within the process of engineering payments structure establishment during the engineering project implementation have been presented and characterized. Possible informational situations have been classified, within which such an entity realize decision-making related to such payments structure establishment. On the basis of the research findings, the generalized model of establishing the structure of engineering payments for an industrial enterprise within engineering project implementation, using the game theory, have been constructed.
