Factors Hindering the Development of Oral English of Non-English Majors

Chinese students always keep silence in class,which has caught wide attention.Based on Input Hypothesis and de Bot"s speaking model,this paper first explores the device and process of the development of oral English,then analyses the factors that hinder the development of Chinese students' oral English.Finally,the author comes up with some solutions to the problem.
