Quick fermentation method for cake fertilizer for tobacco

2009
The invention discloses a quick fermentation method for a cake fertilizer for tobacco and belongs to the technical field of organic fertilizers. The quick fermentation method for the cake fertilizer for tobacco is implemented by the following steps in turn: (1) uniformly mixing raw materials in percentage by weight, including 38 to 45 percent of cake fertilizer, 10 to 14 percent of straw powder, 2.5 to 3.0 percent of super phosphate, 0.01 to 0.03 percent of high-methoxyl pectin (HM) decomposing agent, and 40 to 48 percent of water; (2) piling the mixture to form a 1-cubic-meter fertilizer pile having at least one hole with a diameter ranging from 1.5-0.5 to 1.5+0.5 and depth ranging from 70 to 80 centimeters; (3) fermenting; (4) deeply turning once every 7 to 10 days, and deeply turning twice in total; and (5) accomplishing the fermentation when over 80 percent of the conglobate fertilizer is covered with grey white fungi. The invention provides the cake fertilizer fermentation method, which can reduce the application amount of the chemical fertilizer considerably, improve the safety of the fermented cake fertilizer, protect the ecological environment of the soil, improve the inherent quality and safety of tobacco leaves and ensure the sustained development of high-quality cured tobacco.
