Because stewardesses have to work based on irregular schedule and go abroad, they are assumed to have more conflicts between work and family than other working women. Stewardess are part of the product and are therefore key front line players in the tourism industry as they service guests during a journey. The purpose of this study was to explore LCC(Low Cost Carrier) Crew’s entering, training process, cabin service and their relationships with emotional labor. We did in-depth interviews of 12 flight crews about their application procedure for the job, training process after entering the LCC and actual emotional labor during a flight. 12 crew who have more than two year work experiences were conveniently selected and in-depth interviewed from March 2015 to June 2015. Results revealed that flight attendants recruitment procedure was on the line of emotional training process. From a managerial point of view, results also showed that the flight attendants emotional labor was practiced not only with passengers but also with co-workers. Also qualitative research approach was used to identify significant issues and draw out policy and managerial implications.
