The device comprises a box-shaped object or a barrel-shaped object of which an upper side panel is equipped with a plurality of holes, a annular elastomer which is adhered to edge of each hole and is used for embedding a beaker or a test tube, an ultrasonic wave energy transducer arranged at bottom or side wall of the box-shaped object or the barrel-shaped object, and water inlet/outlet with a valve arranged at bottom or side wall of the box-shaped object or the barrel-shaped object. The device inhibit the growth of the crystal containing too much crystallization water and with relative loose structure by continuous ultrasonic wave with low power.
