13.4: 200 watt CW IJ band miniature helix traveling wave tube

The Mini TWT has historically provided high output powers through power combining of multiple units. This paper describes the design of a high output power CW Mini TWT that achieves output powers that historically have been the domain of the large “big bottle” CW TWT.
