Objetivo : determinar los referentes del desempeno del docente de Fisica en relacion con la disciplina Bases Biologicas de la Medicina de la Escuela Latinoamericana de Medicina (ELAM). Metodos : historico logico, analisis documental, enfoque sistemico estructural, sistematizacion. Resultados : se realiza una sistematizacion al desempeno del docente de Fisica en relacion con la Disciplina Bases Biologicas de la Medicina de la Escuela Latinoamericana de Medicina. Se abordan los referentes de la Educacion Avanzada, de paradigma a teoria educativa, la profesionalizacion y profesionalidad y los antecedentes del desempeno del decente de Fisica, asi como la interdisciplinariedad entre la Fisica y la disciplina Bases Biologicas de la Medicina como necesidad del desempeno del decente de Fisica. Conclusiones : el estudio historico logico realizado al desempeno del docente permitio corroborar que los docentes de Fisica necesitan incorporar la interdisciplinariedad en su desempeno para contribuir a la formacion integral de cada uno de los estudiantes. Los resultados de las indagaciones teoricas realizadas a las investigaciones de diferentes autores posibilitaron acercarse a la definicion operacional del desempeno del docente de Fisica en relacion con la disciplina Bases Biologicas de la Medicina de la Escuela Latinoamericana de Medicina. ABSTRACT Objective : to determinate the performance academician references of Physics with the discipline Biological Bases of Medicine of the Latin American Medicine School. Methods : from theorical, historical logical, documental analysis, systemic structural approach, systema-tization were used. Results : a systematization of Physics academician performance is realizes in relation to the discipline Biological Bases of Medicine of the Latin American Medicine School. The references of Advanced Education from paradigm to educative theory, the professionalization and professionalism and the prec-edents of Physics academician performance, as well as the interdisciplinary between the Physics and the discipline Biological Bases of Medicine as a need of Physics academician performance were landed. Conclusions : the logical history study realized to academician performance allowed to confirm that the academicians of Physics need to incorporate the interdisciplinary in their performance to contribute to integral formation of each of the students. The results of the theorical investigations realized to different authors allow to approximate to operational definition of Physics academician related to the discipline Biological Bases of Medicine of the Latin American Medicine School.
