The upper-limb exercising device of a type worn on the body according to the present invention is provided so as to be wearable on the back of the user. The invention comprises: a drive unit for generating a drive force; a support unit provided so as to be wearable on the shoulders of the user; an upper limb flexing unit provided so as to be wearable on an upper limb of the user; and a power transmission unit which is linked from the drive unit, via the support unit, to the upper limb flexing unit and causes the upper limb of the user to flex by controlling the upper limb flexing unit in accordance with the drive force of the drive unit.
