13th NREL Photovoltaics Program Review. Proceedings

These proceedings represent papers presented at the 13th NREL photovoltaics program review meeting. The meeting was sponsored by the National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL) of the U.S. Department of Energy. The program reflects the broad scope of activities being conducted at NREL including research and development of various technologies. The various issue addressed included the photovoltaics applications for rural electrifications, human resource development. There were seventy papers presented and all have been abstracted for the Energy Science and Technology database.(AIP)
