Automatic demonstration system for phase change memory cell arrays

The computer drives the pulse signal generator through GPIB card and MCU(Micro Control Unit) through serial port, which makes it possible that the data storage, the data reading, performance of erase operation of the C-RAM chip are carried out success-fully. The hardware and software design of the system are presented detailedly.
