Objective To study the clinical manifestations and pathogenesis of Guillain-Barre syndrome complicated by spinal cord lesion.?Methods Two cases of Guillain-Barre syndrome complicated by spinal cord lesion were reviewed.?Results Typical clinical characters and laboratory findings were noticed in the two cases.?Conclusion Guillain-Barre syndrome starts as demyelination of peripheral nerves,and the symptoms of spinal cord lesion emerge when the demyelination involves the central nervous system.
