The invention provides an ion mobility spectrometry and mass spectrometry parallel analysis method and device. The ion mobility spectrometry and mass spectrometry parallel analysis method comprises the following steps: (1) a to-be-analyzed sample is processed by a chromatograph, and chromatographic separation is produced; (2) the sample subjected to chromatographic separation is ionized and fed into a late-stage device for analysis: at least part of the sample is ionized and analyzed by an ion mobility spectrometer, and an ion mobility spectrum is obtained; at least other part of the sample is ionized and analyzed by a mass spectrometer, and a mass spectrum is obtained; time for obtaining each ion mobility spectrum and each mass spectrum is not more than 5 seconds; (3) data post-processing is performed: according to the retention time of the same ingredient in the to-be-analyzed sample on a chromatographic column in the chromatograph or the consistency of eluting peak patterns of the same ingredient on a chromatogram after processing by the chromatograph, spectral peaks in the ion mobility spectrum are enabled to correspond to spectral peaks in the mass spectrum with a deconvolution algorithm. With adoption of the method, the requirement for mass spectrum acquiring rate during combined use with ion mobility spectrometry can be reduced substantially, and mass spectrometric data required to be processed is reduced effectively.
