A sulfated rare earth concentrate calciner rotary kiln, the combustion exhaust gas discharged from the high temperature firing the kiln furnace combustion system, the flue gas through the discharge pipe into the low-temperature calcination kiln exhaust heat reuse, low-temperature firing kiln combustion exhaust emissions break into the dryer, exhaust heat reuse, is discharged through the gas-solid separation after break in the dryer exhaust; is discharged via gas-solid separation after high temperature firing kiln exhaust gas inlet; rare earth sulfate feed concentrate roasting roasting kiln system completed through the outlet end of the kiln into the inlet end of the high temperature firing the kiln firing at low temperatures, the calcination completion feed tube into the dissolving tank through the discharge side of the cooling unit in high temperature firing the kiln. By rare earth concentrate adequate low and high temperature of the secondary baking, improving decomposition of rare earth concentrates, roasting kiln waste heat recycling, recovery of the exhaust gas for the production of sulfuric acid, to reduce the waste, the purification of air, strong continuous process, automation high, low labor intensity and improve production.
