Status monitoring device

2013
A status monitoring device characterized by being equipped with: a data collection unit that collects data from multiple machinery sensors; a diagnosis unit that acquires a group of sensor data for a preset time from a data storage unit storing the sensor data and a diagnosis model, which is the conditions for diagnosing faults in the machinery, and that uses the diagnosis model to diagnose faults in the machinery undergoing a diagnosis; a first distribution creation unit that creates from the group of sensor data a first distribution, wherein the frequency of the data for each sensor is aggregated by using a number of bins or a width that has been set in advance on the basis of the performance of the sensor; a second distribution creation unit that extracts, from the sensor data group, the sensor data for a time at which a fault has been diagnosed by the diagnosis unit, and creates a second distribution, wherein the frequency of the data extracted for each sensor is aggregated using the same number of bins or width as the first distribution; a display unit that displays on a screen the first distribution and the second distribution for each sensor; an input unit with which a user inputs a new diagnosis model; and an update unit that writes the new diagnosis model to the storage unit.
