The invention relates to a drilling electric shock alarm system for a trenchless drilling machine. The drilling electric shock alarm system comprises an electromagnetic induction coil, a signal processing controller and an alarm device. The electromagnetic induction coil adopts a full-closed packaged manner and is arranged at the position of a front transparent cover of a power head of the trenchless drilling machine or at the drill rod protection short circuit position or the position close to a clamp; the electromagnetic induction coil is used for generating an induction electromotive force signal after a drill bit suffers from an electric shock; the signal processing controller is a micro processing system and is used for amplifying an acquired induction signal, transmitting the signal to a comparison circuit, outputting a corresponding digital signal by the comparison circuit and controlling the on-off of an alarm switch; and the alarm device adopts an acousto-optic integrated rotary alarm lamp and is used for producing alarm sound and rotationally flickering to emit light. The drilling electric shock alarm system can be used for detecting the electric shock condition of the drill bit in real time and immediately giving an alarm in the drilling process so as to prompt an operator to adopt measures to avoid an accident; the alarm system has a simple structure, is low in cost, has high response accuracy and a high speed and is convenient to install and debug; the safety of production is improved; and the drilling electric shock alarm system is suitable to use when various trenchless drilling machines drill.
