Farkli Artemia spp. Yoğunluklarinda Ultraviyole Işinlari Kullaniminin Bakteri Yükü Üzerine Etkisi

The effects of ultraviolet radiation on bacterial load of the different density of Artemia spp. In this study, the effects of ultraviolet radiation on bacterial load and survival rates of Artemia at different densities (250- 4500 ind.ml-1) used in commercially marine fish production, and at flow rates (0.63- 1.01 - 1.55 - 1.98 lt.min-1) was determined. TSA agar and TCBS agar were used to calculate for total bacteria and Vibrio spp. bacteria, respectively. The mortality of the Artemia was calculated by light microscope. The Artemia density was estimated as 260±26 and 4500±412 ind.ml-1 during the experiments. The average load of the total bacteria was eliminated between 56.6±5.4% and 84.3±3.5% in TCBS agar and 66.3±9.8% and 77.9±3.8% in TSA agar. The average mortality of Artemia was obtained between 4.4±1.8 % and 9.97±6.61 %. Ozet: Bu calismada, ticari balik uretiminde kullanilan farkli Artemia (Artemia spp.) yogunluklarinda (yaklasik 260 - 4500 adet.ml-1) ve farkli su akis debilerinde (0.63- 1.01 - 1.55 - 1.98 lt.dak-1), U.V. isimasinin olum oranlarina ve bakteri yukundeki azalma oranlarina etkileri tespit edilmistir. Mikrobiyolojik inceleme, toplam bakteri TSA agar, Vibrio spp. TCBS agar besiyerlerine yapilan ekimlerle degerlendirilmistir. Artemia'larin yasama yuzdeleri, U.V. dezenfeksiyonu oncesi ve sonrasinda isik mikroskobu altinda hesaplanmistir. Arastirma suresince Artemia yogunluklari 260±26 adet/ml ile 4500±412 adet/ml arasinda tespit edilmistir. Ortalama total bakteri yuku, TCBS agarda %56.6±5.4 ile %84.3±3.5 oraninda ve TSA agarda %66.3±9.8 ile %77.9±3.8 arasinda elimine edilmistir. Ortalama Artemia olum oranlari %4.4±1.8 ile %9.97±6.61 arasinda tespit edilmistir.
