Comparative Studies on HPLC Fingerprinting of Radix Ophiopogis and Radix Liriopes

aim To establish fingerprints of "chuan-mai-dong","zhe-mai-dong" and "shan-mai-dong",to provide a efficient way to identify Radix Ophiopogonis and Radix Liriopes,the cultivation place of Radix Ophiopogonis.methods HPLC-ELSD analytical method was applied to establish fingerprints.result and conclusion HPLC-ELSD fingerprints showed enough differences between "zhe-mai-dong","chuan-ma-dong" and"shan-mai-dong".this method is characteristic,reproducible,convenient and efficient.
