Undervoltage tripping device with leading auxiliary switch for circuit breaker
2002
describes an undervoltage tripping means with leading auxiliary switch as an accessory for a circuit breaker which causes a tripping operation of the circuit breaker when the voltage of the main circuit decreases abnormally, and with a release lever, which is coupled with an electromagnet, and with a leading auxiliary switch in the circuit of the electromagnet is provided and designed such that the auxiliary switch is activated during a switch-on of the power switch to energize the solenoid before the main contacts of the circuit breaker to be activated. The undervoltage trip device further comprises a drive lever for on / off operations, which is coupled to a contact holder of the auxiliary switch, with one end of a rotary shaft of this drive lever is guided out of the housing of the undervoltage trip device laterally and this end of the rotating shaft to a shaft end of a shift lever of the switching mechanism of the circuit breaker is connected when the undervoltage release device is mounted to the circuit breaker, so that the auxiliary switch is activated by a switch of the power switch coupled with the movement of the shift lever.
