The invention discloses a digital zooming spectrum imager based on a microlens array sensor. The digital zooming spectrum imager based on the microlens array sensor comprises an electronic control band-pass optical filter, an optical imaging lens, a microlens array sensor and an image collecting and processing terminal. The microlens array sensor is adopted to decompose image information, pixel improvement is performed on collected optical information of graphs, optical information of each spectrum image can be obtained when a spectrum imaging system performs spectrum image time series scanning, and a digital zooming function that exposure imaging is performed before focusing is realized. According to the invention, the digital zooming spectrum imager based on the microlens array sensor does not need to carry out zooming manipulation for remote sensing application and can be applied for spectrum imaging remote sensing of a complex landform, the obtaining of spectrum image information of the complex landform is ensured to the greatest extent, the definition of the image information is guaranteed, and the accuracy of the spectrum information is guaranteed.
