EVALUATION OF BUSINESS AND ECONOMIC ACTIVITY AS A TOOL FOR SHORT-TERM PREDICTION

In article the basic preconditions and directions of development of approaches of forecasting of social and economic processes on the basis of modeling of dynamics of an index of business activity of region are considered. Authors spend the review of the methodical bases which have developed in world practice of working out of an index of business activity; methodical approaches to definition of an index of business activity of regions of Russia on the Republic Tatarstan example are offered; the basic tendencies in development of business and economic activity of Republic Tatarstan in 2010-2011г come to light. Also preconditions of economic development of republic for 2012 are defined.
