The second-generation National Health Insurance was implemented on January 1, 2013. The main idea of second Generation National Health Insurance not only collected insurance premium but also applied supplementary premium of direct insurer and the insured. The purposes of this study are to analyze the relationships among job involvement and job satisfaction with turnover intention of second generation national health insurance in life insurance industries. The results showed that job involvement has significantly negative influence on turnover intention. Job satisfaction has significantly negative influence on turnover intention. Job involvement has significantly positive influence on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has intermediary effect between job involvement and turnover intention.
