International Migrants Bill of Rights with Commentaries

The IMBR and Commentaries are a product of a collaboration of students and scholars. It is our vision that the IMBR will serve as a legal resource, an educational tool, and a soft law instrument that guides international, regional, and national-level policy makers. While the legal research and drafting of the bill of rights is now complete, the work of the IMBR Initiative is just beginning.
