Progress on Innate Defense Mechanism of Mammary Gland in Cow

Understanding the innate defense mechanism of the mammary gland in cow was very important to control mastitis.In this paper,achievements obtained on recent studies of the innate defense mechanism were reviewed.Resident defense,inducible defense and recruited defense of cells in cow were analyzed,which was applicable in precaution of mastitis.
