Consists of a reinforcing fiber and a matrix resin, the fiber-reinforced composite material having a fiber end at least a portion of the reinforcing fibers the matrix resin, at least a portion of the reinforcing fibers of the reinforcing fibers having a fiber end fibers the contact end portion, and, only in the vicinity of the fiber-reinforced composite material, wherein a second resin having a small elastic modulus than the elastic modulus of the matrix resin is present.
