Analysis of harmonic harm to distribution transformers

Portable power quality analyzer FLUKE435 is used to carry out the harmonics survey for the transformers of distribution network and mass measured data of typical loads are obtained.Quantitative calculation of harmonic harm to distribution transformer is carried out for additional loss(up to 0.06 %),capacity loss(15 %),life shortening(up to 50 %) and maintenance cost increase(up to 100 %),which are shown as power consumption.
