The invention provides a preparation method of porous carbon for recycling quenching oil. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) after crushing anthracite coal, pre-oxidizing and carrying out desulfurization and denitration; mixing with an adhesive, extruding and drying; (2) carbonizing the dried material under a nitrogen gas environment; after carbonizing, cooling to room temperature and adding a catalyst and activating; (3) putting the activated material into a reaction room; introducing methane into the reaction room and reacting for 5min to 30min; introducing nitrogen gas mixed with graphene powder into the reaction room and reacting for 5min to 30min to obtain the porous carbon. According to the preparation method of the porous carbon for recycling the quenching oil, provided by the invention, a traditional porous carbon preparation process is improved; an activation reduction phase and a carbon deposition process phase are improved and a controllable porous carbon effective hole size is obtained; the ratio of invalid holes to dead holes is reduced and the porosity is improved by 10 percent; the oil-water separation efficiency and the yield are improved.
