Method of producing a needle patch and Needle patch employing the same

The present invention relates to a composition for a needle patch having a skin improving effect and, more specifically, to a composition for forming a needle patch in which various active ingredients are effectively penetrated into the skin through a needle of the needle patch. The needle patch comprises: a hyaluronic acid structure; and a free hyaluronic acid liquid, wherein the free hyaluronic acid liquid comprises a polymeric hyaluronic acid having molecular weight of 1,000,000 Da or more and, preferably, further comprises an alpha hydroxy acid (AHA) and a natural moisturizing factor (NMF).
